I get notifications that can not be set up by “Notification settings”.

There are 2 cases of those notifications which on/off can not be arranged by “Notification settings” on Goocus’s app.

1. A push-notification for a user, who has unread news on “Notice”.
2. A push-notification for a user, who has not been logged in for a week or a month.                                                                                                     

In these cases, you need to arrange notification settings from your own device.

For iPhone

Open the “Settings” from Home Screen.

Go to “Notifications” with red icon.

Find and touch “Goocus” from the list of “Notification Style”.

Turn off the switch of “Allow Notifications”, then all the notifications from Goocus will be ceased.

For Android

Open the “Settings” from Home Screen.

Touch “Apps”, and go to the setting of Goocus from the list of Apps.

Remove the check in “Show notifications” by touching it, then all notifications from Goocus will be ceased.
